“The customer service was outstanding. I ordered two lights and within half an hour they were already packed and ready to be dispatched. Delivery was swift. We had received them within two days of placing the order. The lights were well packaged. They felt substantial and looked really smart. We only returned them because we found them much cheaper elsewhere and Lighting Direct were unable to price match. We were too late to cancel the order so accepted delivery and returned for a refund (return fee payable)”

“Nice looking light with easy adjustment for the PIR underneath. Easy to mount on the wall and wire in. Only just installed so dont know about reliability yet. looks good so far!”
