“Light was despatched 3 months late with no updates provided other than when I chased several times to locate the delivery. On arrival the delivery driver just left the £100 parcel outside my door as no one was home and this wasn’t there when I returned. Lighting Direct are yet to come back to me with a resolution on this yet despite sending 3 emails.”
