“The light is wonderful, however not sure how long this light as been in storage as one of the links in the chanedlier that holds it to the ceiling was severely rusted, and unscrewing the link was extremely difficult. A number of the glass elements weren't fit for purpose either, so hopefully nothing breaks as there will be no spare part for the longest glass dangling items. Couldn't fault the delivery, or service, just the product isn't absolutely perfect, what you expect from spending £300.”

“I wouldn't know what to say as it hasn't been delivered yet in over a week since I ordered it & received the invoice. I've had no information at all from either Lighting Direct nor FedEx, thier alledged courrier partner. My enquiry to Customer Support has not solicited a reply as of yet so I am left with little choice but to seek legal action to recover my funds. Whatever you do, do not order from this company, it's an absolute scam!”
