“This is a lovely-looking fitting with a quality feel to it. Solid brass so no risk of the finish wearing off, worth the extra money for that. Screws are a little fiddly so be careful not to drop, they are very small. Needs a smooth surface to mount on ideally. Also come with fixings but bright steel, not brass - we used brass fixings instead for a better look. The cable entry is quite small so best to use a 3 core 1mm cable max. for final connection as it can impede the lamp. They look great when on, we used 35-degree angle beams at 1-metre height, worth experimenting with beam widths for the look you want to achieve. Overall a good fitting, built to last.”
