“The ordering and delivery was very efficient. The fitting was a bit of a nightmare. The ceiling mounting bracket doesn't appear strong enough so we had to drill fresh holes so that it would sit flat to the ceiling. We then noticed the light fitting itself wasn't square so we had to add some shims to offset the bend in the light shade, at this point we noted that one of the screws was threaded so would not tighten. This was a time sensitive job which was the reason we persevered with the issues. It looks great now fitted but what a job !!!!!!”

“This is still a pain to put up, it doesn’t cover the existing rose circle which needs a touch up paint or polyfilla. The crate is heavy to hold up and make the existing connections, the connection box also comes with 4 points (N, earth, L1, L) which doesn’t help as when connecting into L, only two lights switch on, and L1 switches on the other 3. Once I get an extra person to help me then I will try to get a jumper cable to connect L1 + L together. In the mean time I’m just using the 2/5 bulbs in my upstairs landing. Installation took me 2 hours faffing about on why the other bulbs are not working.”
