“Appalling service, first one came all smashed as packaging is rubbish, tried emailing every department and no reply, ordered second light and exactly the same. Requested to send the first one back and still hasnt been picked up. Will never buy from you again.”

“Came broken, emailed customer services a week ago and no reply. Poor packaging. My client is not happy as it has delayed us finishing the project. Please get in touch to resolve this issue.”

“A nice wall light that sends light upwards, downwards and outwards. One arrived broken but we got a replacement after sending it back. They inexplicably come with one plastic washer between the cover and the fitting so don't go looking down the sofa to see if you lost one :)”
