“I’ve always been sceptical regarding solar lighting and was worried with the price tag and what I would get but so far, 1 week installed, that they are exactly what I have wanted for the garden! The light they give out is perfect for the path and will be looking at purchasing a few more for other areas of the garden. A very good product, well worth the money!”

“As a sparky I’m always a bit dubious about buying solar lights but I had no other option. When I received the lights I was shocked at the quality of them. Highly recommend them, you won’t be dissapointed”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you received. These solar lights were not in stock when you placed your order and unfortunately subsequently the manufacturers had to temporarily cease production due to Covid-19. We did try to explain the reason behind the delay but this was obviously not accepted. This was a situation that was completely out of our and our suppliers hands. It took the factory longer than expected to get back to speed hence delivery dates were missed. Your refund was not processed because at the last communication we advised the order was on the way to you and I note it was delivered on 2nd September at 08:45. I am so sorry for the delay with your order. These lights were out of stock, as shown on our website, when you placed your order and unfortunately due to the very challenging situation surrounding Covid-19 unexpected delays occurred. We passed on delivery dates in good faith to our customers however regrettably on some occasions they were not met due to a situation that was out of our hands.
