“I had previously left feedback last week, giving 4 stars as issue with the light bulb flickering. I received a telephone call from Lighting Direct who.were following up on my last review. They explained there was an issue with bulb and said they would replace it with a more efficient bulb. I received the bulb this morning and the lamp works perfectly. So pleased with my purchase. Also such excellent service from Lighting Direct. Highly recommended.”

“Had two fittings delivered last week. Both fittings start flickering after a very short while, paticularly on full light, as this starts immediately. Tried severeal adapter plugs without success.”

“Lamp excellent (when it eventually turned up) but good news - I did get a plug for the wall socket sent to me 5 days before the lamp arrived!! Nice lamp shame about the delivery”
