“Very bright, shame it can't be a bit more flexible as it tends to be hard to run around corners. Again, shame it don't work with their dimmer device (but nothing did with the dimmer, so they refunded me for that without question).”

“Great product, just very poor customer service hampered supposedly by Covid restrictions on customer team working from home & Brexit import difficulties. Logistics aside, they still haven't replied to me regards very brief set up instructions that don't explain light sensor operation, as my unit display keeps flashing when the lights are activated, despite me emailing them twice. Also no advice given in set up instructions regards connection order of using dimmer and light sensor in same circuit; had to work this out myself. Have checked spam email folder but definitely not yet replied nearly a month later. Very poor customer service!!!!”
