“I can't review the above ceiling light as it arrived in several smashed pieces delivered by Hermes. However, as previously said my main complaint was with a woman from Customer Services who would not give her name but may originate from across the Irish Sea. Her attitude was awful. The woman in question accused me of being a bully and aggressive. I was not. The woman insisted that I had written to the wrong email address -I had not. Subsequently, I received an email from Patricia informing me she was processing a full refund. It is of course possible that the original person who declined to give their name twice is Patricia Mullane.”
