“We ordered 4 of these lights but unfortunately one of them arrived with no rings to secure the shades to the arms and seemed to have the arms in the wrong place so couldn’t be opened out as shown. Looking at the box it was a plain one and totally different to the other 3 lights so most likely a repackaged return - shame there is no QC before putting it back into stock! We had to request a return which was free however now had to order a replacement and pay the postage on it which seems a bit of a cheek. Will contact for a refund of postage.”

“Poorly made. It relies on fine threaded metal tubing to screw directly into wood. Subsequently the metal threaded tube pulls out of the wood and the arm falls off. Also the mitre joint are secured by staples.”

“We love these now they're fitted. However the instructions recommended a professional electrician should fit them - in Tier 3, we weren't going to do that. We needed a splitter to be able to change our existing ceiling wiring to wire 3 lights, and then found the connections very temperamental. It was definitely a two person job, and fiddly. We are DELIGHTED with the result though. The lights are such a lovely proportion in our 1970s house, and are exactly the mid century modern feel we wanted to add to the room. Solidly made and a lovely finish, especially on dimmers.”
