“The lights were received very quickly and the quality was as expected . However, I realised that I should have ordered black - not white. On 12th April I got in touch with Lighting Direct to arrange a return label but, 15 days later, the matter has still not been resolved. I appreciate that the Customer Service Team (there is no telephone contact number for them) may be under pressure but this is an issue that needs to be addressed by the company. Any business is only as good as its weakest link and unfortunately, in this case, speed of delivery is not matched by Customer Service. I would not use this company again”

“Nice looking product but too fiddly to fit. One of the electrical connectors was difficult to tighten. However the worst aspect is the screws that fit the outer case to the inner. They are much too close to the wall that the unit is fitted to meaning it is very hard to tighten them. It took ages to do so and given that they were stiff as well it proved almost impossible. Some thought should be given to this by the manufacturer.”
