“Ordered a pair. One arrived broken. Phoned customer services. New one arrived next day. Excellent! Set up but no instructions for the remote, so impossible to work out how to sync on and off at the same time. Phoned customer services again. They researched and got back to me within two hours. Excellent! Except… it turns out you can’t sync two lights together. So, I was told, you have to use each remote separately to switch off. Okay, except…. If you set your lights about 2 metres apart like I did, one remote has the range to work both lights, so you get a merry go round of one on one off. I can only solve it by removing one lamp unit and switching it off in another room. Can’t believe I’ve spent £70.00 for this level of competence. I think you should let your customers know these limits before they purchase and at least send an information leaflet for the remote. I also asked about two tiny symbols on the remote which look like timers to me. Still waiting for a response… The reasons for 2 stars rather than none are: 1) the lamps look great and are just what I was looking for. 2) your excellent customer services. However, as you can imagine I won’t be buying again and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

“It is a great looking light and was easy for me to put up with a drill. It’s a cool rather than a warm white. It does not deliver the lumens of light I had hoped for my living room. Slight down side is that the light unit has to be taken down to charge & supplied charging cable is short. I bought a 3m cable and now can charge it in situ. This technology is amazing. I hope they can address the level of light produced.”

“I bought 2 of these . One arrived with the battery rattling / not working . I emailed customer services straightaway and they apologised and said they would send a new battery out immediately . I recieved it the next day . Brilliant customer service and the lights are wonderful too . Thank you .”

“Bought this light for my upstairs landing. I’m very pleased with it. It’s aesthetically pleasing and has different brightness level. The night setting is just enough light without be too bright at night.”
