I am sorry that you are having problems with the picture light, this is a huge seller for us and on the website and on instructions point 2 it explains that it must be screwed to the wall, as this helps with the weight of the fitting. “I have had to phone the company as the fitting instructions were totally useless. They (Catherine) responded quickly but without an effective result. I intend to phone again w/c 26 May when I will try and help the firm write a sensible, understandable guidance note but please do get in touch with me and let's see if we can sort the problems quickly so everyone benefits sooner rather than later.
