“Would have been zero stars if available… Received this, was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t remote operated only the gold and nickel ones at that time dispatched by same company. Delighted by initial result, though perhaps a bit too bright, shouldn’t have worried as the batteries died in 4 days. What a disappointment. This is not an environmentally friendly item, even if you’re not keen on environment… it’s still rubbish for longevity. What a waste of money, if I had known it was this wasteful of batteries, I wouldn’t have even tried it, I would have just returned it. Terrible product, there’s much better out there. Shame, because it looks good, but is just a useless. I suggest you don’t purchase.”

“The item arrived damaged, the bulb was cracked on both ends. I informed lighting direct right away who contacted me back the next day and confirmed a new one had been sent out. The delivery was prompt and the replacement was received in good condition. Great customer service and product is lovely. My only comment would be that the item does look like it's black and then the surface has been scratched to created the bronze coloured effect. But this is noticeable when close up, from a distance this does not look so bad.”
