“Can't even give it one star. It took over 3 weeks to be delivered & broke even before we had the chance to put it up. Chinese tat I'm afraid. Impressed that Lighting Direct didn't quibble about a refund & didn't expect me to incur expense to return the item though.”

“Very pleased with my lights. Easy to fit and look great. I ordered 2, but one was faulty. I emailed lighting direct at midday, and got a phone call 2 hours later to say a replacement had been dispatched. It arrived in the morning. Great customer service as well.”
