“This product is MUCH SMALLER than it appears on the website. Also, it stated in the description that the ceiling rose was silver and the wire/cable was translucent. This is not the case, even though before ordering I checked with the 'chat' help and they confirmed it was silver and translucent. It's a white ceiling rose and white wire/cable so it doesn't look like 'its floating' as the description states.”

“Lovely lights but unable to replace the shade (that I broke) without having to unwire the whole unit. As our ceiling is extremely high we had to pay someone to do such a simple job”

“Well packed. Quality light at reasonable price but too small for our kitchen island. Very difficult to tell from online measurements how it will look. Would have bought large version but not available from this retailer.”
