“I bought two of these for bedside lights. The lights were a little smaller than I realised. I should have checked the measurements more carefully. The promised halogen bulbs were not included in the package but after a quick phone call they arrived promptly. However after my electrician had installed them, that night both bulbs blew almost simultaneously. The electrician returned the following day and replaced the bulbs for me. They are working ok. I can only assume the bulbs that were sent to me were defective or old stock. The only other quibbles are that they don't sit flush against the wall and the pull cord is difficult to pull it needs a tug. Overall I'm happy with them though.”
