“The people at Lighting Direct were astoundingly professional; my first light arrived with a chipped glass panel (at the front, so couldn't be hidden) and, therefore, I emailed LD to see whether I could send it back and have a replacement. The replacement arrived THE NEXT DAY so I was able to get it replaced immediately while the tradesman I had organised was still around, so saving me both time and money. I can't thank them enough! The light is exactly as described and looks elegant above the double doors out to the garden. The colour is exactly as described so fits perfectly with a 1900's Victorian terraced house. I would certainly recommend LD and the light.”

“Now that I have assembled the lights, I am quite pleased with how they look. I did need to contact Lighting Direct for help, and was very impressed with Laura, who couldn't have done more. They have not been fitted yet.”
