“A lovely light, looks elegant yet contemporary. The first light sent had a broken cut glass centre and the supplier were seeking to minimise their costs by sending out a replacement part - this would have been quite difficult to have sorted ourselves so rejected this proposal. In my view the packaging was poor but the replacement was similarly packed and was perfect on receipt”
