“It's weather resistant and like all other techmar products simple to connect with robust components. However, despite combined wattage well within specification this will be the third bought. The first failed within 18 months and was replaced promptly. The second failed just outside warranty. I hope I've just been unlucky. I've had no issues with two other of their transformers with smaller loads even though one was knocked badly and outer casing cracked. All the leads and lights are excellent hence the high score regardless.”

“This is my third transformer I keep it outside in a waterproof box and bring it in the house in winter but what else can I do Spent a fortune on plug and play lights from you good company but a bad product”

“Easy to use but needed slight adaptation to be hard-wired. Last version lasted 3 years before it gave up the ghost. Fingers crossed this one lasts even longer.”
