“Still not received my order, more than one week after ordering. Website says next day delivery. This is simply not true. I have chased several times. Customer services do nothing. Shocking company to deal with.”

I am very sorry you have not received your order as yet however it is absolutely not the case that the team have not progressed the situation. When we were contacted by you two days ago regarding non-delivery we immediately got in touch with the carrier to find out the whereabouts of your parcel. While we appreciate your frustration and disappointment, the shortage of drivers in these challenging times is causing problems at some depots hence the parcel remains awaiting a courier. We have in fact already replaced the goods which are due for delivery tomorrow, Saturday 6th by a different carrier. We regret any inconvenience to you but hope you are delighted with your choices. “Really good looking decorative bulb giving out just the right level of light for sitting outside in the evening. Although the bulb was recommended for the lights purchased, the only minor issue I have is the bulb is an incredibly tight fit due to having a small tip on the top of the bulb which pushes right up against the frame of the lantern. Much care is needed!”
