“Ordered two pendant ceiling lights. Lighting Direct suggested we needed these specific bulbs so we purchased them a high cost. When the lights finally arrived 6 weeks late the bulbs did not even fit. Tried to return them but received no response to phone calls or emails to customer services. Filled in 1 star review and got an immediate response and email stating I could get them sent back using the online returns system but this does not work.! Sent three further emails explaining it did not work and needed a response but a week later and still nothing just totally ignored me Do not trust their recommended add-ons because customer services will totally ignore you and will not replace them if incorrect”
