“My friend for whom I had bought this, has suffered a couple of falls recently, so I bought it so that I can be called out to help him. When we tested the fall decteor it worked, so I now have peace of mind that I/another friend/emergency services will be called if he suffers another fall.”
“The bracelet failed to detect a fall after two days of testing. A replacement was received the next day as promised (excellent service), but unfortunately the replacement also failed to detect a fall. Lifeline agreed to switch our plan to the standard alarm system without quibble. While we understand the detector cannot be over sensitive we made the decision to change the plan because we felt it didn't give us the added assurance it would work when required.”
