“As a new customer I thought I would get a complete new pendant but as the post was late I was told I would be using my old items from my old owners Walsall MBC of which I asked if I could exchange the old pendant for the one in the new kit which I s hould have had anyway Because you wanted me the pay nearly £50 for what I consider I' ld already paid for with the fees I've already paid for.
I dont know now it I should clean it because I might do some damage to it.
Sorry but I think as a first time customer I could at least expected new equipment.
Hope I get better service from now on if needed.
Yours sincerely
Mr Don Darby”
“I haven't had to use it yet, and hope I don't. I was hoping to find something that would alert people if I was unconscious, Possibly something where I could just press a button once a day to say "I'm OK" and if I forgot, someone could call me, to check, and then if there was no reply, then send someone to investigate.”
“My son installed the unit for me. I was concerned how it would work with my answer machine and although no instructions were given specifically for this he was able to set everything up without too much hassle. One thing missing on the unit is a volume control for the speaker, without my hearing aid in I find it difficult to understand the operator. Aside from that all the test calls we made were answered very quickly, under a minute for most of them. The emergency button is small and lightweight, it's just a shame it only comes with an elastic strap for your wrist or a piece of string to use as a necklace, not particularly stylish. Overall I am currently satisfied with the devise and customer support to date.”
