“I really love my new LEDlenser p7.2 It is a great torch, good size, nice and bright and its been perfect for my lightpainting activities. I also bought an inteligent filter set which I was not so happy with. The colour changing system is not well designed and my first attempt to change the filter resulted in a broken peice of glass and a cut on my thumb, luckily the LEDlenser team were super nice and sent me a replacement straight away, but this does not change the design. I found that without clicking the glass filter into the plastic surround i wasnt able to effectively use it with the torch as just placing it between the torch and the plastic meant it moved around and let white light escape from the edge. In my opinion it would make sense for each colour to be fitted into its own plastic casing (to fit it to the torch) so that it A) kept the glass filters safe, B) makes changing the colour simpler and easier, and C)if the plastic had a colour marking on it it would make it easier to differenciate between filter colours in a low light environment. I also found that the design of the holster didnt allow for easy storage of the other filters as getting them in and out was a bit difficult and i am worried about cutting myself on the edge of the glass. Because of these difficulties i have not yet effectively used my filter set in conjunction with my torch and am considering buying a P7qc instead.”

“A buddies P7 developed a fault where it would only function on the 'dim' mode, not full beam, the internal switch was the fault, I contacted lenser with my problem and a replacement arrived the following day, without charge, excellent customer service.”
