The battery works and charges beautifully. Once you have one. Like many it splits into brand owner LEDLenser (OEM, original equipment manufacturer) ; distributor ledco.co.uk ; and retailer Outdoor365. That can make sorting out issues a little difficult... but to give then their credit they did deliver through the complexity. Maybe a little slower than one might want, but they did deliver and were very courteous in the process.

Used it for over night ultra marathon in October '20 along South West Coast path. Storm Alex hit that day and I needed full power on LEd Lenser NE10R head torch to stand any chance of navigating. The battery lasted through almost 11 hours of darkness on a single charge mostly on max power. Awesome!

I purchased a new battery for my MH10 because I believed my present one (after over a period of inactivity) was not holding it's charge long enough i.e. I'd switch the torch on (from fully charged) and for 5-6minutes it would light up the path ahead as originally i.e. 150m at full 600 lumens, this would then drop significantly to say 100m at probably 250 lumens. Unfortunately, the new battery appears to be following the similar protocols but it may be holding its charge a tad longer maybe 6-10 minutes. Unless there is something wrong with the the head torch, the new battery is not fairing much better on a full charge
