“Ich wollte mich nur bei Ihnen bedanken. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Victoria Gartemöbelset. Die Verarbeitung ist wirklich gut und solide und es schaut echt toll aus! Die Gartenstühle haben sich leicht zusammenbauen lassen und das ganze Set vermittelt einen Ausdruck von Langlebigkeit. Der ganze Vorgang hat von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos und professionell geklappt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass jede Firma so aufmerksam und unkompliziert mit ihren Kunden umgehen würde! “Having just last Thursday taken delivery of your Victoria table & 10 chairs, together with the Bistro set, I wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with the both the quality of the furniture, and the standard of service. Our queries were answered clearly & all arrangements were reassuringly confirmed by email. Delivery was exactly when specified, & the two delivery men were polite & chatty as they assembled the table & took away all the packaging. The furniture is well finished, solid & heavy yet elegant. We feel confident that we have made a sound purchase which will be a pleasure to use for many years to come. We're particularly grateful that despite the tight timescale you accommodated our request to deliver in time for the Easter weekend. The weather was gorgeous & we were able to take full advantage of it, enjoying most meals al fresco. In fact, my husband's parents who were with us for the weekend were so impressed that they've decided to visit your showrooms with a view to replacing their own garden furniture. When we stumbled upon your site online we wondered if your reviews were too good to be true. I'm afraid that this is going to look very much like another of those as all we can do is add our praise to the many favourable comments already submitted.
