“Die Bestellung hat sehr gut funktioniert, die Lieferung durch den Zusteller ebenso. Die Gartenliegen entsprechen genau unseren Vorstellungen! Die Verpackung für den Versand der Gartenliege-Auflagen nur in der Plastikfolie war nicht vorteilhaft da sie auf einigen Stellen aufgerissen war! Es war nichts beschädigt oder verschmutzt aber eine Verpackung in Karton wäre sinnvoll. Die Kopie für die Montage war schlecht ersichtlich, speziell die Beilagscheiben. Für technisch nicht versierte schwierig zum erkennen in welcher Reihenfolge man sie einsetzt! Die Verarbeitung der Gartenliege und der Auflagen ist in Ordnung aber wenn man sich auf die Betten legen möchte rutscht die Unterlage sehr stark, auch wenn sie angebunden sind! Die Qualität der Produkte ist ausgezeichnet und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!”

“The process of ordering went without any problems, the delivery as well. The garden loungers are just as we imagined them to be! The packaging was a bit unfavorable since the plastic of the bag it came in was a little damaged! The goods weren't damaged or dirty though, but a carton packaging would be good. The assembly instructions were a bit insufficient as well, especially the concerning the washers. For technically inexperienced people it's difficult to recognize in which order you need to use them! The manufacturing of the garden lounger and the cushions is fine but if you want to lie down on them it is a bit slippy! The quality of the products is excellent and definitely recommendable!”

“La commande s'est très bien passée, la livraison également. Les meubles de jardin sont très beaux et réponse parfaitement à nos attentes. L'emballage pour les coussins de chaises avec juste un plastique n'est pas avantageux car il a été déchiré à plusieurs endroits. Mais il n'y a rien eu d'endommagé. Le guide de montage pourrait être plus précis quand à l'assemblage de la chaise longue. Il est parfait difficile de s'y retrouver avec les différentes vis et boulons. L'ensemble de la chaise et de son coussin est très joli, confortable et recommandable!”
