“Anfangs gab es ein Problem mit einer falschen Armlehne an meinem April-Stuhl, das jedoch schnell behoben wurde und Ersatz geschickt wurde. Am Produkt und am Service gibt es nichts auszusetzen, beide sind erstklassig. Sebastian, der extrem geduldig und hilfsbereit war, verdient hier besondere Erwähnung.”

“Ich bin mit den Möbeln und den nachbestellten Kissen sehr zufrieden. Ich werde Stammkunde werden. Gibt es Tipps für Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten? Gut verpackt, aber massenhaft Plastik und Pappe. Die Schrauben und Muttern waren ein Alptraum beim Auspacken und Herausnehmen. Trotz der guten Verpackung hatte ein Stuhl 3 kleine Farbabplatzer. Ich war sehr vorsichtig und werde etwas Farbe kaufen, um den Stuhl zu schützen und die Stellen abzudecken. .... Sie haben nur einen Durchmesser von 4 mm. Könnte es vielleicht sinnvoll sein, einen kleinen Topf mit 2 ml Farbe beizulegen, für den Fall, dass ein Chip ausgebessert werden muss? Trotzdem bin ich ein zufriedener Kunde und das Produkt scheint erstklassig zu sein. Danke”

“A fantastic and very professional company to deal with both during the process of ordering and during the after sales service. A most helpful company who go the extra mile to provide a ‘Rolls Royce’ service. I would use ‘Lazy Susan Limited’ again and again because the service is brilliant and the standard of their product is of a very high standard which is worth every £ invested.”
