“Bonjour, J'ai acheté un salon de jardin Sophia, table rectangulaire pour 6 personnes 200X120 et 6 chaises/fauteuils Jane. L'ensemble donne véritablement un bel effet. J'ai eu quelques problèmes pour la livraison que je n'attendais pas avant le 12 juin. Du coup, le livreur est venu la semaine précédente sans m'informer. J'étais seule et je voulais vérifier l'état du mobilier. Le livreur était mécontent et impatient car dixit "je n'ai pas le temps". Les cartons avaient été abimés aussi j'ai insisté. La table et une chaise avant des éclats de peinture. J'ai contacté Lazy Suzanne et les services m'ont transmis un kit de retouche très rapidement. J'ai toujours eu un interlocuteur agréable, que ce soit lors de ma commande (au tél) et lors des échanges par mail. L'équipe à laquelle j'ai eu à faire est très apaisante et au service de la clientèle. Merci”

“Person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and kind person. It made me want to buy from them. The delivery guy was also excellent. We were out when he came and he called to tell us he would stick around the area and come back later. He even carried through to the back for us, which he was not obliged to do. The table was enormously heavy.”
