“Als ich Ihre Firma vor meiner Bestellaufgabe anrief, hatte ich einen äußerst sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Herrn am Telefon. Als die Gartenbank kam, waren da nur 5 Unterlegscheiben anstelle von 8, darum rief ich Ihre Firma an um weitere zu erhalten. Leider hatte ich diesmal mit einem Herrn zu tun, der längst nicht so freundlich wie der erste war und sich wenig kundenfreundlich verhielt. Das war eine Enttäuschung. Ansonsten bin ich aber mit Ihrem Service und dem der Lieferfirma sehr angetan und ich liebe die Gartenbank und den Besitilltisch, den ich ein paar Tage danach bestellt habe. Vielen Dank.”

“When I called your company prior to ordering, the gentleman to whom I talked was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the garden bench arrived there were only 5 washers rather than 8 so I called your company to request some more. Sadly, the gentlemen I spoke to was very abrupt and his questions revealed poor listening skills. This was disappointing. Otherwise, I am delighted with your service and that of the delivery company and I love the bench and the side which I ordered a few days later. Thank-you.”
