“When I called your company prior to ordering, the gentleman to whom I talked was extremely helpful and pleasant. When the garden bench arrived there were only 5 washers rather than 8 so I called your company to request some more. Sadly, the gentlemen I spoke to was very abrupt and his questions revealed poor listening skills. This was disappointing. Otherwise, I am delighted with your service and that of the delivery company and I love the bench and the side which I ordered a few days later. Thank-you.”

“Lorsque j'ai appelé votre société avant de commander, le monsieur à qui j’ai parlé a été extrêmement serviable et agréable. Lorsque le banc de jardin est arrivé il y avait uniquement 5 rondelles au lieu de 8 donc j’ai appelé votre société pour en demander quelques autres. Malheureusement, le monsieur à qui j’ai parlé était très brusque et ses questions faisaient deviner de mauvaises compétences d’écoute. Cela a été décevant. Ceci étant, je suis enchantée par votre service et celui de la société de livraison, et j’adore le banc de jardin et la table d’appoint que j’ai commandée quelques jours plus tard. Merci.”

“Toen ik jullie bedrijf belde voor het plaatsen van de bestelling was de heer met wie ik sprak uitermate behulpzaam en aangenaam. Bij aankomst van de tuinbank bleken er slechts 5 sluitringen te zijn in plaats van 8 dus belde ik jullie bedrijf om er nog een aantal aan te vragen. Helaas was de heer met wie ik toen sprak erg bot en zijn vragen duiden erop dat hij een slecht luisteraar was. Dat was teleurstellend. Afgezien daarvan heb ik heel erg blij met jullie service en die van het transportbedrijf. Ik ben dol op de tuinbank en het bijzettafeltje dat ik enkele dagen later bestelde. Dank jullie wel.”
