“Would have been 5 stars if the delivery had been as requested. I was not in when the courier attempted to deliver earlier than planned and took away again. I then had to re-arrange delivery for a date when I would be present even though a signature is not required. The courier website to do this was quite tedious and involved printing out a form to authorise the product to be left if nobody at home. The due delivery date is 4 days time so I cannot comment on the product yet. Otherwise the ordering from Lazy Susan was very simple and straight forward.”

“Excellent service de la part de Lazy Susan. Commande livrée rapidement et bien emballée. Table et chaises de jardin d’excellente qualité, assemblage par soi-même très facile. Excellent service de la part de David qui m’a contacté par email pour me faire savoir que je n’avais commandé qu’un coussin alors que j’avais commandé deux chaises de jardin. Le second coussin a été rajouté sans frais supplémentaires. Fortement recommandés !”

“Kwaliteitsgoederen. Verbazingwekkende leveringsdienst. Een van de tuinstoelen had de verkeerde kleur maar het foutje werd binnen twee dagen rechtgezet. Fantastische klantenservice.”

“Exzellenter Service von Lazy Susan Gartenmöbeln. Die Bestellung wurde prompt geliefert, war gut verpackt und ist ein guter Kauf. Großartige Qualität des Tisches und der Stühle, der Selbstaufbau war unkompliziert. Toller Service von David, der mich per E-Mail kontaktierte um mich darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass ich nur ein Sitzkissen bestellt hatte obwohl ich zwei Stühle bestellt hatte. Das zweite Kissen wurde dann kostenlos meiner Bestellung hinzugefügt. Eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung für diese Firma.”
