“Overall very satisfied, the delivered goods were as described and of very good quality. One little problem that was noticed during assembly was quickly resolved with a replacement delivery! Unfortunately, communication over the phone was not possible, but worked perfectly via email! Fast delivery and good service, for me 5 stars!”

“I ordered a garden furniture set with one bench, two chairs and a table all in cast aluminium with seat cushions. On delivery the seat of the bench was broken but I got immediate confirmation vie email that I would be sent a new one. I was served in a very friendly manner via email and can only recommend!”

“I just have two small points: on receipt of my order the information given was that I would receive a phone call to arrange a delivery day but instead, I received another email informing me which day the delivery would be! Fortunately that was OK for me because I was also told I would not need to sign for it and in fact, I did have to sign for it! Apart from that, the order process was easy and I am very happy with my purchase. It was also well-packed and easy to assemble.”
