“Alles, was die Gartenmöbel betrifft, war ausgezeichnet. Die Ware wurde schließlich mit einem Tag Verspätung geliefert, aber das war auf die Inkompetenz von TNT zurückzuführen. Ich blieb den ganzen Tag zu Hause und beobachtete die Situation genau, um zu sehen, ob der leuchtend orangefarbene TNT-Lieferwagen kam. Der Fahrer, der offenbar für den regulären Fahrer einsprang, der im Urlaub war, behauptete, er habe versucht zu liefern, aber es sei niemand zu Hause gewesen. Der Hund hatte nicht gebellt, ich hatte keinen Lieferwagen gesehen, die Klingel hatte nicht geklingelt und es war keine Karte in den Briefkasten gesteckt worden, um uns mitzuteilen, dass wir sie verpasst hatten. Der Fahrer, der am nächsten Tag kam, entschuldigte sich.”
