“Perfekte Kundenbetreuung Wir haben vor 7 Jahren zwei Rose Stühle in der Farbe Antique Bronze gekauft, um dem Tod eines langjährigen Nachbarn in unserem Viertel zu gedenken. Leider hatte ein Stuhlbein in diesem Sommer (2020) einen Defekt entwickelt, und die Mitarbeiter von Lazy Susan waren unglaublich kulant (vor allem, weil die Garantiezeit schon so lange abgelaufen war ...). Gleich am nächsten Tag haben wir ein Ersatzbein erhalten, und das völlig kostenlos! Ein beispielhafter Kundenservice, und das ist das Mindeste!”
