“Ordering process / delivery were alright. The assembly instructions aren't sufficient. The exploded-view drawing of the parts that need to be connected isn't sufficient. There should be more explications concerning the correct proceeding. e.g. 1) Connect one side panel loosely to the seat 2) Loosely connect the backrest to the same side panel 3) Loosely connect the second side panel to the backrest and seat 4) Tighten screws one after the other until individual parts are soundly connected.”

“I received my bench and table very quickly I had no problems putting it together and I am very happy with the end products .”

“The assembly of the bench was done quickly. Only two bolts were needed. The table was a little harder to assemble. Its better when one has his or her own tools. Both look nice though and seem to be sturdy. The bench is not too heavy so that it's easy to move. It's already quite comfortable but even more so with some cushions.”

“Very fast delivery. While assembling the furniture a part got damaged which wasn't a problem since I was being sent a replacement part - quickly and uncomplicated.”
