“Delivery was very prompt and it is a lovely garden bench which looks perfect in my garden. However, I did find the instructions slightly confusing because once I had got the two end pieces and seat put together, as was demonstrated in the diagram, it was impossible to fit the back piece into position. I had to unscrew one of the side pieces before the back piece would go into position. Also, although the number of washers was as written in the list, it seemed to be fewer than demonstrated in the diagram. The screws for the back of the seat piece were troublesome to fit as the holes were very close to the bend in the metal. It definitely required two people to assemble. Now it is finally assembled, it looks lovely.”

“Uiterst tevreden met mijn tuinmeubelen, veel beter dan ik verwachtte. Fantastische klantenservice, ondanks dat mijn tuinkussens niet aankwamen. Na een kort telefoontje werden ze 2 dagen later, samen met mijn tweede bestelling, geleverd. Beide bestellingen werden in minder dan 2 dagen geleverd.”

“Sehr zufrieden mit meinen Gartenmöbeln, viel besser als ich erwartet hatte. Fantastischer Kundenservice, selbst wenn meine Gartensitzkissen nicht sofort gekommen sind, nach einem kurzen Anruf wurden sie 2 Tage später mit meiner zweiten Bestellung nachgeliefert. Beide Bestellungen wurden innerhalb von 2 Tagen geliefert.”
