“1. Beeindruckt von der schnellen, zuverlässigen Lieferung für beide Bestellungen. Die kostenlose Lieferung macht einen großen Unterschied, ob man einen Kauf tätigt oder nicht. 2. Die Qualität der Aluminium-Gartenmöbel war so gut, wie die Fotos vermuten lassen, und sieht auf unserer neuen Terrasse großartig aus. Sie sind ihr Geld wert, verglichen mit dem, was wir in Gartenzentren gesehen haben. Die Jasmine-Gartenbank und das Rose-Bistro-Gartenset lassen sich ziemlich leicht zusammenbauen. 3. Der Kundenservice war einer der besten, die ich je erlebt habe. Sehr schnell und hilfreich, wenn ein kleines Problem auftauchte. “1. Impressed with swift, reliable delivery system on both orders, and offering free delivery makes a big difference on whether to make a purchase. 2. Quality of aluminium furniture was as good as the photos suggested and looks good on our new patio . Prices seem good value, compared with what we have seen in garden centres. Fairly easy to assemble Jasmine bench and Rose bistro set. 3. Customer service has been one of the best I have come across. Very quick and helpful when a small problem arose. Unlike my experience ( too often ) with large, faceless companies. 4. Would use again as well as recommend to others. Regards Dominic Rowe”

“Ich habe den Bistro-Gartentisch und die Gartenstühle eines Freundes geschenkt bekommen, aber bei einem Umzug haben wir einen der verstellbaren Gummifüße an einem der Gartenstühle verloren. Ich rief an und erklärte, was passiert war. Der Herr, mit dem ich sprach, sagte, es sei kein Problem und sie würden noch am selben Tag einen neuen Fuß schicken. Ich liebe meinen Bistro-Gartentisch und ich bin sicher, dass ich bald wieder bei ihnen einkaufen werde. 5 Sterne für sie. Johanne Davey.”

“I was given a Bistro table and chairs from a friend, but when we moved we lost one of the adjustable rubber feet on one of the chairs. I called up and explained what had happened and the gentleman I spoke to say no problem, we will send you a new one out in today's post. I love my Bistro table and I am sure I will be shopping from them very soon again. Five stars to them, Johanne Davey”

“We had been looking for a small bistro set for a recently restored Victorian patio area – we had an idea in mind, something traditional, well made but not too bulky or heavy. Searching the internet, we spotted the Rose Bistro Set on the Lazy Susan website which looked perfect. But, it’s always difficult when viewing on-line – not sure what you’re going to get – the price looked good but what about the quality? We were not disappointed – we were surprised but delighted when the table and chairs arrived the very next day; assembly was easy, they look fantastic - just what we had in mind - and great value for money. There were a couple of things to sort out with the delivery - my message was passed on via a telephone call and an email conversation was immediately forthcoming. All very friendly and efficient. Thank you Lazy Susan .... who says she's a lazy Susan anyway!!! Chris & Will Jones”

“The latest furniture was a present for a friend who has just had her patio re done,. It certainly looks good and makes the garden look very relaxing. She was delighted with the set and the quality of the furniture. I am sure she will have many years of pleasure from it. It goes without saying that your standards of service are excellent a small teething trouble I had was sorted out very quickly and courteously. I wish you continued success in your business.
