“Initial irritations and email contact because the product I wanted was suddenly not available after all. But then it went really well: Delivery with practical tracking option. The bistro set is of very good quality. Robust and stable but not super heavy. Assembly was uncomplicated, all necessary tools included. The set is a delight to look at, and very comfortable.”

“Ich fand den angebotenen Service ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mit einem Mitarbeiter gesprochen, der mir bei meinen Wünschen sehr behilflich war. Er nahm sich die Zeit, mir zu erklären, wie ich am besten mit dem, was ich wollte, zurechtkomme. Er nahm meine Bestellung am Samstag entgegen, und wie versprochen waren die Gartenmöbel am Dienstag darauf da. Wir haben noch nicht alles ausgepackt, aber wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Gartenbank, die wir bereits ausgepackt haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Ihnen bestellen, wenn wir weitere Gartenmöbel brauchen.”

“I found the service provided was excellent, I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful with what I required, he took time to explain the best value for what I wanted, took my order on the Saturday and the garden furniture was here as promised on the following Tuesday, we haven't unpacked it all yet, but the garden bench seat which we have, we are very pleased with and would certainly order again when if and when we require any more.”
