“I spent ages looking for a good quality parasol base at the right price. Was very pleased when I found this one. I ordered it on Tuesday afternoon and it was outside the back door before when I got up on Wednesday morning! Excellent service and I am really pleased with the product.”

“Guter Service aber wir hatten ein Problem mit der Postleitzahl, weil das System sie nicht richtig angenommen hat. Durch einen Anruf konnten wir aber das Problem lösen und die Lieferung hat uns dann pünktlich erreicht.”

“Dies war meine zweite Bestellung bei Lazy Susan und wie schon beim ersten Mal war der Kundendienst wieder eine Offenbarung. Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und ich habe angegeben, dass ich keine Präferenz für einen bestimmten Liefertermin habe. 2 Tage später hatte ich meine Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse stehen. Der Liefertermin war mir vorher per Email genau angekündigt worden Eine völlig reibungslose Onlineeinkaufserfahrung - ich wünschte nur, dass alle Onlineshops solche Profis wären.”

“This was my second order from Lazy Susan and as before the customer service was exemplary. Ordering was simple and I'd said it didn't matter when it was delivered. The item was actually delivered 2 days later, exactly when I had been told (by email) it would be. A very soothing on-line shopping experience - I wish all companies were as good!”
