“I first emailed with a question which was answered very quickly. I then telephoned to place my order but was told it would be quicker to order on line. I ordered on line which was very easy and straight forward. My order was then delivered quickly. The product I ordered is excellent and should provide years of valuable usage.”

“The furniture is great! Delivery took a day longer than expected as the delivery team met with a traffic incident on the way here so we waited all day with no message from the delivery people or the company. After I rang the company I was told why there was a delay.”
