“It wasn't obvious before ordering that the base is not heavy enough to support a parasol freestanding. It needs to go through the hole in the centre of a table to make it strong enough.”

“As I lost my base to my daughter:) I purchased another with no hesitation! I also enquired if I could purchase another plastic umbrella insert as the one I had passed to my daughter had broken (my fault). I received an e mail response within 15 minutes that one would be in the post at no cost. Superb products and amazing customer service!”
