“I'm sure the parasol is great, but what really stood out was the service behind the product. I bought a parasol from Lazy Susan, all good until the lower pole bent. I phoned LS late on Saturday and someone picked up the phone , promised to look into spares and come back to me on Monday. They did, but no spare, however they said since it was less than a year old they would replace the whole thing! New one arrive in a couple of days. That's service and why I would recomend Lasy Susan.”

“This was a replacement for one previously purchased and bent due to very high winds and I did not have the foresight to take it down. I asked to buy a replacement lower pole for the parasol as this had fallen out of the one year guarantee. Instead, after forwarding a picture of the damaged pole Lazy Susan sent myself a brand new parasol within days and I was incredibly impressed by their customer service which in my experience has been second to none. The parasol itself is well made and study and I am well pleased by the overall build quality of all the products I have purchased with Lazy Susan.”
