“Enchantée du produit et du service. C’était génial de recevoir des sms et emails de suivi et la communication et la vitesse de livraison ont été fantastiques. Même si ma commande a dû être divisée parce qu’un produit était en rupture de stock, cela a été très bien géré. Les meubles de jardin ont pris un moment à être assemblés mais il s’agissait d’une table de jardin 8 personnes avec chaises. Toutes les pièces étaient là et encore mieux chaque paquet de quincaillerie contenait 1 exemplaire supplémentaire de chaque pièce. Très beau rendu et la qualité semble très bonne, notre salon de jardin a déjà reçu de nombreux compliments.”

“Delighted with the product and service. It was great to have tracking texted amd emailed and the communication and speed of delivery fantastic. Although my order had to be split as one item not in stock, this was dealt with very well. The furniture did take a while to assemble but then it was 8 seater table and chairs. All parts there and moreover each packet of hardware had 1 extra of every item. Looks great and the quality seems high, our set had already had numerous positive comments.”

“Zeer te spreken over het product en de service. Het was geweldig om opvolging per sms en e-mail te krijgen. De communicatie en de levertermijn waren fantastisch. Hoewel mijn bestelling in tweeën gesplitst moest worden omdat een artikel niet op voorraad was werd dit erg goed afgehandeld. Het kostte wat tijd om de tuinmeubelen in elkaar te zetten maar het was tenslotte een tuintafel voor 8 personen met tuinstoelen. Alle onderdelen aanwezig en elk zakje met benodigdheden bevatte bovendien van elk onderdeel een reserve. Ziet er geweldig uit en de kwaliteit lijkt hoog te zijn. Onze tuinset heeft al talrijke positieve opmerkingen gekregen.”

“Begeistert von dem Produkt und dem Service. Toll war, dass man mir den Lieferfortschritt pert Text und Email mitgeteilt hat, die Kommunikation und Liefergeschwindigkeit suchen ihresgleichen. Und obwohl meine Bestellung auf zwei Lieferungen aufgeteilt werden musste, weil ein Artikel nicht auf Lager war, so wurde die ganze Angelegenheit doch sehr gut gemanagt. Es hat einige Zeit gebraucht, die Gartenmöbel aufzubauen, aber dann stand der 8 Sitzer Tisch samt Stühlen in voller Pracht vor uns. Alle Teile waren vollständig und es waren sogar Extraschrauben dabei. Das Endergebnis schaut sehr gut aus und die Produktqualität macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck., wir haben bereits viele positive Kommentare zu unserem neuen Set zu hören bekommen.”
