“Qualitativ hochwertige Gartenmöbel und sehr attraktive reduzierte Sonderpreise für Zubehör. Einer der Artikel war nicht in der Lieferung enthalten, aber meine E-Mail Anfrage wurde sehr schnell beantwortet und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst, und darum bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice. Etwas entäuscht bin ich nur von den Rücksendekosten.”

“Unsere Bestellung klappte ohne das geringste Problem und auch die Lieferung geschah genaus so problemlos und so wie angekündigt. Das einzige, was nicht optimal war, war dass der gelieferte Tisch einen Herstellungsfehler hatte dergestalt, dass eines der vorgebohrten Löcher nicht zu den Sicherheitsbeschlägenfür die Tischbeine gepasst hat. Glücklicherweise bin ich aber handwerklich recht versiert und ich habe mittels einiger Klebebänder das Problem behoben. Andernfalls hätte das bedeutet, dass wir eine umständliche Rücksendung hätten beantragen müssen, was wohl einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen hätte in unserer ländlichen Umgebung. Jetzt ist aber alles OK und es hat mich gerade mal 1/2 Stunde gekostet das wieder in Ordnung zu ringen. Hier hat halt die Qualitätskontrolle ein wenig versagt. Und jetzt nach meiner Herumschreiberei habe ich vielleicht sogar die Gewährleistung gefährdet, uups.”

“Our order was dealt with absolutely no problems, and delivery was as explained to us with no problems. Th only snag we had was with our table which had a manufacturing fault with one of the threaded holes which accept the studs securing the legs. Luckily I'm a mechanical sort of chap and I had a set of taps handy to address the issue. Otherwise it would have meant going all through the return process which would have taken a fair bit of time I'd imagine given our rural location. All OK now and took me 1/2 hour or so to fix the problem, just a bit of a quality control issue. And I've probably just voided any warranty now, oops.”

“After having searched numerous websites for a patio dining set, I found the ones on lazy Susan of extremely good quality and value for money. I purchased a patio furniture set with parasol and seat covers and when it arrived it was exactly as I saw it on-line. The quality was excellent as was the service and the delivery was on time. Definitely would recommend using this site.”

“Hervorragende Beratung am Telefon, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet, bin sehr beeindruckt von den Infomöglichkeiten, Bestellverfolgung & E-Mail-Lieferstatus vor der Lieferung. Schnelle Antwort, als ich mitteilte, dass ein Teil gefehlt hat. Werde lazy susan mit Sicherheit weiter empfehlen.”
