“Ordered the furniture on monday morning and received by 10.30 the following morning. Everything received in good condition and easy to assemble. Looks great and would definitely recommend to others.”

“Das Online-Einkaufserlebnis war sehr positiv. Überhaupt keine Probleme. Die Kundenbeziehung war hervorragend und positiv. Der einzige Grund, warum ich nicht 5 Sterne gegeben habe, war, dass die Lieferung nur von einer Person ausgeliefert wurde, der die Möbel auf einer fest umwickelten Palette bei uns abgeliefert hat. Gottseidank bin ich ein starker Mann und konnte dem Fahrer zur Hand gehen. Wenn jedoch nur meine Frau dagewesen wäre, hätten wir ein Problem gehabt. Ich denke, er hättedann alles im Wagen auspacken müssen um es einzeln zu uns in s Haus zu tragen. Die Alugussmöbel sind nicht schwer aber auf einer großen Holzpalette eben doch. Ach ja, und der Fahrer hat sich geweigert, die leere Palette wieder mitzunehmen. Um die mu´ten wir uns dann auch noch kümmern. Die Liefererfahrung war also NICHT gut.”

“I found the website easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple to use. The delivery service was excellent in that my order was delivered on the date I was given. I have not yet unpacked my purchases but the packaging was intact and undamaged on receipt.”
