“Although I have placed and order for the MIA set it is on forward delivery so cannot really complete this questionnaire as though placing the order easy, still have to asses delivery etc. and if delivered at promised time.”

“Fantastischer Kundenservice - hat sich sofort gerührt, als ich eine Frage hatte. Die Gartenmöbel schauen toll aus. Es gibt zwar ein paar kleine Kratzer im Lack, aber da es sich ja um Alu-Guss handelt, sollte es kein Problem darstellen (ich meine, es besteht keine Rostgefahr).”

“Der Service war sehr schnell. Ich erhielt die bestellung innerhalb von 3 tagen, was wirklich fantastisch war. Am Anfang war ich irritiert, als ich die Farbe des Gartentischs und der Gartenstühle sah, weil sie im Onlineshop schwarz ausgesehen hatten, in Wirklichkeit aber bronzefarben sind. Aber egal, sie schauen wirklich rustikal und großartig aus, wie sie jetzt in meinem Garten stehen. Ich würde wieder Lazy Susan Produkte kaufen und empfehle sie mit Nachdruck weiter.”

“Ich kann den Lazy Susan Kundenservice nur in höchsten Tönen loben. Der Service ist sehr persönlich, auch weil es ein Familienbetrieb ist. Nichts ist zu aufwendig, wenn des dem Kunden dient, und ich würde nicht zögern jedem weiterzuempfehlen, der Qualitätsmöbel und einen fantastischen Kundenservice sucht. Lazy Susan wird immer meine erste Wahl bleiben, wenn ich mal weitere Gartenmöbel benötige.”
