“Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den erhaltenen Gartenmöbeln. Jedoch könnte die Lieferung und der Kundenservice verbessert werden. Die Lieferung der Bestellung war für Dienstag geplant, aber als sie ankam, waren nur zwei der vier bestellten Stühle dabei. Ich habe einen Mitarbeiter kontaktiert, der sich sofort entschuldigt hat und eine weitere Lieferung für Donnerstag organisiert hat und mir anbot uns eine kostenlose Einkaufstasche als Wiedergutmachung mitzuschicken. Ich war zufriedengestellt, auch weil mir bewusst ist, dass Fehler halt immer passieren können. Ich habe mir dann also für Donnerstag frei genommen und am Donnerstag morgen diese Mitarbeiter kontaktiert, weil ich bis dahin keine Email vom Paketdienst erhalten hatte. Nach ein paar Minuten rief mich LS an und meinte, dass der Kurierfahrer heute nicht kommen würde, weil er angeblich das Paket bei LS nicht aufnehmen konnte und dafür LS die Schuld gab. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass dieser Mitarbeiter mich nicht von sich aus auf diesen weiteren Fehler aufmerksam gemacht hat. Ich habe dadurch einen weiteren Urlaubstag verschwendet und hätte wohl den ganzen Tag sinnlos zuhause gesessen und gewartet, wenn ich nicht von mir aus LS angerufen hätte. Der dritte Zustellversuch wurde für Samstag organisiert und hat dann endlich auch dann stattgefunden.”

“I am very happy with the furniture received. However the delivery and customer service could be improved. The order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday but when it arrived only two of four chairs had been sent. I contacted *** who apologised and rescheduled delivery for Thursday and offered to send a free shopper as way of apology. I was happy with this and understand mistakes do happen. After booking a second day off work on Thursday however I contacted *** in the morning to confirm the delivery time as I had not yet received an email from the courier. I was called back a few minutes later to say the delivery would not be arriving as the courier had not collected the parcel and blamed the courier company. I find it unacceptable that *** had not realised this themselves and had not contacted me to inform me. I instead wasted a days leave and would have had to wait in all day too had I not contacted them. Delivery wash rearranged for Saturday and did arrive as scheduled.”

“Ordered Tuesday afternoon and received delivery Friday morning! The 4 chairs and the table were built in around 90 minutes (the unpacking took the longest). The chairs are surprisingly light, very good quality, no seams from the casting process, finish very durable. After 2 weeks of everyday use there are no scratches visible yet. The chairs are comfortable for slighty more 'robust' people as well. The cushions didn't fit perfectly, as the chairs are slightly rounded at the edges and the cushions are square, but at a price of 6€ per cushion, I don't really mind so much.”

“The customer care was excellent. The garden furniture was delivered exactly at the arranged time. The furniture itself is just as described and just what we wanted and it was easy to put together. Cannot fault anything.”

“Le service client était excellent. La table MIA blanch fut livré exactement à l'heure prévu. Le meuble en lui même est comme il est décrit et montré sur le site web et c'était simple à assembler. Je ne peut pas trouver de défauts.”
